Welcome to my website, where you can peruse my research and policy publications.
Since 2012, I have worked as (Principal) Economist at the European Central Bank. I am also a member of the Euro-nomics group, which has advocated the creation of sovereign bond-backed securities for the euro area. You can follow my activities online at Google Scholar and Twitter.
Over 2015-16 I visited Princeton University's Economics Department and Bendheim Center for Finance. From 2009-12 I was an associate in the Financial Stability Department of the UK Financial Services Authority before its merger with the Bank of England. I hold a first-class degree in economics, politics and philosophy from Oxford University.
Disclaimer: this site is my own; it has nothing to do with the ECB, ESRB or Bank of England.
